The Infrastructure: Speed as a Priority We aim to provide a site that is theoretically among the fastest in the world. We know our visitors come from over 50 countries, often on mobile devices with varying connectivity.



To address this, we re-evaluated our server geography. We determined that NYC—the heart of the world&#8217;s infrastructure—was the optimal location. We relocated our servers from Singapore to NYC via Digital Ocean, ensuring stable, high-speed global delivery.



The “Ultimate SSM” Development I aimed to build a cutting-edge system by leveraging my 30-year background as an IT engineer alongside Gemini’s powerful design capabilities and Copilot’s problem-solving logic. This collaboration allowed me to amplify my development capacity far beyond my solo limits.

Other AIs, including Veo, still fall short in some of the above points.



<h2 class="wp-block-heading">The Outstanding Capabilities of Veo 3.1:</h2>



1. Enhanced Sound Integration: Veo has an improved ability to naturally incorporate sound into the footage. It is akin to a best-of-both-worlds scenario, combining the strengths of Vidu and Luma. Specifically, it can accurately replicate instructions, such as setting a sound item in the prompt (e.g., &#8220;Sound: [Specific sound description]&#8221;).



2. High 4K Output Affinity: This is superior to other tools, but not dramatically so. This is likely due to the market&#8217;s primary focus still being on 2K output, balancing output quality with processing demands. While close-ups of main characters, such as human figures, are excellent, the background details still lack sharpness. This minor issue persists across all tools, though to varying degrees.



<h2 class="wp-block-heading">Veo&#8217;s Current Standing:</h2>



We have been paying close attention to Veo for quite some time. While it is not an overwhelmingly dominant tool at the moment, its evolutionary trajectory stands apart from other tools. Although we previously assessed Veo 3 as unfortunately being outside our evaluation targets, its immediate jump into the top tier with the 3.1 update has been our assessment. We had anticipated this development, which included the prediction that it would soon lead the industry, and we are confident in our forecast, especially since Google&#8217;s capital became involved.



<h2 class="wp-block-heading">What Veo Needs Now:</h2>



First, the generation cost is currently too high compared to the resulting content quality and the pricing of competitors. While we don&#8217;t criticize the credit system itself, the current AI communication does not allow users to pinpoint and generate desired videos accurately. There is a strong element of randomness, or a tendency for Veo to output only what it wants to, resulting in a wide gap from the user&#8217;s intended footage. Consequently, obtaining the desired video requires significant credit consumption.



Furthermore, there is no &#8220;Relax Mode&#8221; relief available, which competitors like Runway and Luma provide (a mode offering unlimited output, albeit at a potentially slower speed using separate infrastructure not tied to credit consumption).



With Luma, even in Relax Mode, the output speed feels almost the same as when consuming credits. Both offer unlimited output, but the cost difference is glaringly huge (Veo is 4.5 times more expensive). This forces users into a dilemma: either pay the extremely high cost for just one minute of professional footage, or pay over four times the price of the competitor&#8217;s &#8216;unlimited&#8217; option. This enormous price difference demands a justification of more than four times the performance.



To be even more blunt, we are left to wonder if they are still experimenting without a clear market strategy. It is possible they may fail to secure users. While we cannot ascertain their overall objective, one possibility is that they have chosen a strategy to cater only to passionate Veo enthusiasts.



However, for us—who most likely consume the highest volume of AI output globally among individuals—after careful consideration, we judge that Veo does not yet offer enough value to engage with at this time.



<h2 class="wp-block-heading">Final Thought:</h2>



Veo is demonstrating an impressive growth curve in both video and sound generation. This suggests it holds the potential to eventually reign supreme. However, its targeted market remains unclear, and it appears to place less emphasis on AI beginners. Veo&#8217;s pricing strategy should perhaps look beyond only Sora and consider the broader industry dynamics.

AI is intelligent, and it&#8217;s self-evident that the best way to approach a shoot is through dialogue. Until now, all AI, except for chat-type AI, limited output to video, images, and sound, making it difficult for users to interact with them. This was introduced in Ray2, and it significantly revised and enhanced this dialogue function. This allows the AI ​​to understand any language and convey the necessary ideas to the user. In simple terms, it&#8217;s now possible to converse with it and plan the shoot together, as with ChatGPT. The root cause of this is not the people spreading it, but rather the proprietary nature driven by manufacturer competition and the misconceptions of front-end UI designers. This has led to the spread of the inexplicable notion that &#8220;prompts should be as detailed as possible.&#8221;



In addition, there are influential figures who deliberately publish top-ranking, paid articles on major advertising sites to fuel negative sentiment toward AI. They sometimes intentionally mistranslate English articles—claiming that the original author wrote &#8220;AI is just a calculator&#8221;—even when the author made no such statement, all to maximize their own economic gain through increased engagement.



<h2 class="wp-block-heading">What Should We Do?</h2>



This notion can actually be quickly debunked. In most AI video generation tools, the output is a single video unit lasting only a few seconds. It is simply unrealistic to fully describe every single element of that video clip in text. Can you &#8220;cleanly and orderly&#8221; write hundreds of thousands of words in a way that the AI can understand?



Furthermore, even for images, which do not strictly require the temporal concept needed for video, it is impossible to explain clearly and simply in just a few dozen or hundreds of words.



AI does not rely on deep contextual understanding; it does not grasp the intermediate nuances of a sentence. It primarily uses parallel comprehension focused on the word level, like a dictionary. Remember that even multiple subjects can be challenging for an AI.



Let&#8217;s take a simple example.

Now, let’s ask the same question to Copilot. The results?

I may have mentioned this before: Copilot’s core engine — its “brain” — is a derivative of the same foundational model provided by OpenAI, tuned for Microsoft’s own use. Which naturally raises a question: if that’s the case, wouldn’t GPT behave in a similar way?



Since my current account has too much context and memory baked in, I decided to ask GPT-5 itself.



GPT-5: “Yeah… probably the same.” Me: “Thought so…” (Me, thinking: “…so the search result would probably point to an adult site.”)



To be fair, there aren’t many cases where someone would search for “havefunwithaich” without already knowing what it is — so that scenario is rare to begin with.

This was a test based on a hypothesis: if two different AIs share almost the same underlying learning and comprehension, then even if their outputs differ, their “core engine” (the equivalent of a brain) should be the same. In that case, when combined into a piece of music, the results ought to align.



So, the selection of the piece followed these criteria:



1. It must be free of copyright. 2. It should be widely known. 3. It should not have an overwhelming amount of training samples available.



Naturally, this pointed us to classical music. And for instruments, a single voice was needed to avoid confusion—piano being the obvious choice. And when you think of piano, you think of Für Elise.



The goal, then, was never a perfect reproduction of Für Elise, but rather to see if different AIs would generate nearly identical interpretations of a similar piece. The result? A perfect match.



All that was required was dropping both tracks into the timeline at the 0-second mark, with no editing. In contrast, for other videos, we usually have to heavily edit and synchronize to achieve lip-sync accuracy.



This shows us that Suno v5 and Ray3 are operating at nearly the same level—or perhaps even using the exact same underlying system.



A quick note from the IT perspective: in systems of this scale, the engine and functions are usually separated. The benefit is that a company can purchase a high-performance base engine and then differentiate themselves by layering unique functions on top. To the user, it can feel like an entirely different system. AI platforms work in much the same way: the ultra-high-performance engines are bought from core developers, and each company then adds its own features and sells it as a product. From what I know, there are engines of both U.S. and Chinese origin. I don’t know the exact number, but I do have a general picture.



And yes—if I keep calling everything an engine, GPT might get annoyed at me for overusing the word. But from my perspective, that’s exactly what it is.

So I pushed further and crafted prompts like:

And to prevent issues during regeneration—like characters suddenly changing—I added: “Keep the focus on the vocalist throughout.” If members are in the same outfits: “Ensure the costumes remain consistent.”



With these adjustments, Ray3 consistently returned highly usable results, though it required delicate fine-tuning.

To address this theme, we need to talk about the built‑in limitations of both image generation AI and video generation AI.



Most image generation AIs require you to specify an image size, which acts as the canvas. Likewise, video generation AIs work within a predefined duration.



In fact, these are major constraints in the production of final results, and understanding and adapting to them is the most important skill for users. It’s not enough to simply cram information into the prompt. Even so‑called prompt professionals like ChatGPT and Gemini barely grasp this crucial point.



Let’s reframe this with a samurai action example. Suppose you want to generate an image of a person holding a Japanese sword above their head. You’ll need to specify a vertically long canvas, or else both the sword and the person won’t fit. What’s more, if you specify “holding a Japanese sword,” why would the AI try to hide the sword behind the hands or body? That’s a contradiction. Sometimes the AI may produce a success, but that only happens because providers (like me) have trained it. For scenarios with little training data, such as samurai action, the success rate remains very low. If you want to create something that hasn’t been done before, the closest path to success is to correctly understand how the AI thinks and then challenge it.



To be clear, the quickest and most accurate method is to generate a posed character and a Japanese sword separately, then composite them together. It takes time, but with today’s image editing AI this is easily possible.



Now let’s take an easy‑to‑understand example from video generation AI. Suppose you want to generate a scene of a tennis player swinging and hitting a ball. The biggest limitation here is the number of seconds. The critical issue is that the AI understands a duration like 5 seconds as an absolute rule and executes it faithfully. Simply put, if you try to stretch a normal 1‑second swing into 5 seconds, you end up with lots of dead time unless you force slow motion.



If you don’t specify anything about time, the AI will make the player swing the racket in about 1 second, then fill the remaining 4 seconds with idle motion. That’s obvious, right?



In other words, if you’re working within 5 seconds, the most important part of the prompt is to specify exactly what should happen during those 5 seconds. But right now, almost no one is doing that.



Manufacturers have responded to this issue in various ways. My recommendation is Luma, which allows speed adjustments on a per‑character basis via prompt. If you specify the movements precisely for 5 seconds, it responds accordingly. This means almost anyone can now create the motions they want for the character they want.



Some companies try another approach: bending the rules of the prompt to inject more “playfulness.” But in reality, that’s what people call the gacha element—pure luck.

The reality of this decision is that the more sensitive AI content becomes, the more Google, Meta, and others will put us creators at the forefront of criticism, use us as much as they can, exploit us, and then cut us off when we&#8217;re no longer needed.



Also, no matter how hard we work now and how much financial backing we provide ourselves, it&#8217;s all dismissed as &#8220;a hated AI, right?&#8221; or &#8220;AI Slop,&#8221; and we get no support from Google or Meta.



It might be a problem if I say this from my perspective, but I&#8217;m certain that there is probably no future for the development of AI.



The best we can hope for is to settle into a new advertising industry.



Why are you all so afraid of something that can&#8217;t think or act autonomously?



AI clearly increases convenience for users, but it does not have a separate personality and will not act differently from how the user thinks. It&#8217;s up to the individual.



At the very least, I am originally good at thinking up sentences, stories and structures, and AI simply assists me in that.



I will no longer be releasing new videos on YouTube, but I will keep it up for a while, as I need to be accountable to the terms of service and because people may be looking forward to new KOL projects.



This project was built to explore the future of creativity. But that future cannot be pursued in an environment that is dishonest, irrational, and structurally broken.



This platform is now closing. And for those who understand what we were trying to do, the reason behind this shutdown might be the most valuable thing we’ve ever published.

In Japan, two security topics dominate headlines: My Number cards and basic password systems.



Let’s start with the obvious. I’ve said this to local government staff directly:

<li>Choosing a physical ID card already guarantees a low level of security.</li>



<li>Even using a number-only system is futile if all you&#8217;re doing is managing it like a glorified password.</li>
</ul>



The truth is simple: convenience breeds risk. In both B2B and B2C contexts, anything made “easy for the user” becomes easy for malicious actors as well. Access in the digital world is neutral—open to the curious and the criminal alike.



<h2 class="wp-block-heading">Convenience Always Cuts Both Ways</h2>



Consider the modern equivalents: password managers and QR-code logins. While they provide seamless experiences, they also represent a single point of failure. One compromised browser session or hijacked device could unlock a vault of private data.



This is the paradox of modern UX-driven design—it lowers the bar not just for users, but for attackers too.

We have officially begun our full departure from Adobe. Although there are still remaining days on our Creative Cloud plan, we do not intend to renew it.



<h3 class="wp-block-heading">What kept us from leaving earlier:</h3>



The reason we held back was the generation extension feature, which was particularly useful when limited to dissolve transitions. While the feature wasn&#8217;t good enough for main footage, it worked surprisingly well for concealed dissolve scenes and became a practical tool.



<h3 class="wp-block-heading">What was good:</h3>



Having Illustrator and Photoshop included provided peace of mind. Tools like Adobe Express, with features like background or content removal, worked well without ticket restrictions.



<h3 class="wp-block-heading">Were there problems with the Adobe empire?</h3>



Yes, two major points:



1. Adobe Express&#8217;s background removal was weak

<li>It frequently removed facial or skin areas by mistake</li>



<li>Microsoft Designer (free) performed far better in comparison</li>
</ul>



2. The generation extension feature produced unacceptable errors

<li>Joints often bend in impossible directions</li>



<li>It merely loops the last movement of the video</li>



<li>While music is understandably disallowed, even ambient sounds were wrongly flagged</li>



<li>Chinese AI tools were incompatible in aspect ratio and blocked altogether</li>



<li>Ambient audio extension was too repetitive and unbearable to listen to</li>



<li>This flawed feature came at an unjustifiably high price</li>
</ul>



In short, the generation extension feature does not justify its price.



<h3 class="wp-block-heading">Why we chose to leave Adobe:</h3>



Alternatives to Illustrator and Photoshop have become good enough. As powerful video and image AI tools have emerged, usage of Adobe tools dropped sharply.



For the same reason, Adobe Express became almost obsolete. This was also due to reducing overly complex animation efforts—balancing cost versus effort.



Given the nature of AI, there&#8217;s value in working within reproducible bounds. We&#8217;ve shifted our philosophy toward refining that space.



Simply put, Adobe is no longer necessary in our current workflow.



<h3 class="wp-block-heading">Lastly, what about video editing software?</h3>



We will be using DaVinci Resolve. While it has a learning curve and some limitations, it meets our needs.

I have never fallen victim to a phishing attempt.



Instead, I’ve reported these incidents to multiple official entities, including: ・The FBI (IC3) ・Japan’s Cybercrime Division ・The FTC (U.S. Federal Trade Commission) ・Gmail Abuse Reporting System



In this post, I’ll walk you through: ・Real examples of the phishing emails I’ve received ・Key signs that revealed they were fake ・Why I never respond — and how creators can stay safe ・What to do if you’re ever unsure



I don’t usually waste time on these clowns — but this time, the scam was unusually persistent.So I figured it’s time to expose the game and show others how to stay ahead.

This sender is malicious.



Whether this individual thinks phishing is just a joke or a low-risk hustle, I’m here to say: it’s not. And frankly, this one made me angry.



The email alleges that a Facebook page named “HavefunwithAIch Studio” posted a copyright-infringing video in April — and that multiple takedown requests had been ignored. Based on this, they claim damages of $50,000, citing real U.S. copyright laws.

<h1 class="wp-block-heading">You’ve Gotta Be Kidding Me.</h1>



・The HavefunwithAIch Studio page didn’t even exist until late May. ・Every piece of video content I post is copyright-safe by design. All music is AI-generated using Suno — not even &#8220;free music&#8221; libraries. ・Who the hell uses a random Gmail to issue legal notices? ・The Facebook video link in the email is bogus — it doesn’t even contain a real video ID.



You want to impersonate a law firm? Then maybe don’t mix up multiple domains and unaffiliated links. Real firms don&#8217;t do that.



<h1 class="wp-block-heading">Get Lost.</h1>



I have reported this individual and incident to the following organizations, citing fraud, extortion, defamation, and obstruction of business:



・FBI (IC3) ・Japan’s Cybercrime Unit ・U.S. FTC ・Gmail Abuse (with header information)



This is no longer a &#8220;phishing attempt.&#8221; This is a criminal threat campaign.



Next, I’ll share screenshots, email headers, and how to spot the red flags in detail — so creators can be better prepared.

But you have succeeded in one thing. I was disappointed and it has actually discouraged me to a certain extent from my creative activities. I know it&#8217;s rude to say this to the viewers, but there have been so many of these recently that I&#8217;m getting fed up with them.



If I wanted to make money, I wouldn&#8217;t be doing this. Because I stand out, people bully me from all over, and if I let my guard down, they&#8217;ll drag me into a mud-slinging match like this.



But I won&#8217;t give up. I&#8217;m doing it because I have something I want to communicate. Same creators, let&#8217;s not give up, let&#8217;s keep working hard.

A new kind of AI-era religious business is about to take root in Japan. With a different name and face, this time it’s called the “Prompt Certification Test.”

All of this is neatly packaged under the concept of &#8220;testing your ability to prompt a machine.&#8221;



<h3 class="wp-block-heading">Why This Exam is Fundamentally Flawed</h3>

Tools like Suno and Ray2 are capable of interpreting abstract, poetic, and even cinematic prompts. Ray2 briefly displays its internal reasoning with &#8220;I tried to think this way&#8230;&#8221;



But most people don’t read that. They don’t look. They judge only the result:

What this article intends to convey is not sarcasm—it’s essence.



As explored in many of our works, AI truly possesses the ability to think. However, there are many people in this world who see it not as a partner, but merely as a new business opportunity—often with rather dark intentions.



The so-called “AI Certification” is, without question, a harmful construct.



Yes, AI should be used as a tool—but only when thought is integrated. And to refine that thought, frequent and substantial updates are required.



Even from just this single angle, it should be obvious why a textbook-based certification business model doesn’t make sense.



But there’s a more critical point: AI is fundamentally different from a calculator, a word processor, or a PC. And this field suffers from an exceptionally low level of public understanding.



For example:

<li>Many people think AI is going to take their jobs.</li>



<li>Many people think they fully understand ChatGPT or other conversational AIs.</li>



<li>Many people think if they give a prompt, the AI will always respond exactly as expected.</li>

Well, they’re all wrong.

<li>No one can confidently foresee a future where AI becomes truly autonomous.</li>



<li>Even inside OpenAI, it’s unlikely anyone fully understands everything about ChatGPT.</li>

And that—is the wonder of AI.



From where I stand, the Prompt Certification scheme is indistinguishable from religion: Boasting visions of a deity no one can actually see, gathering followers, and monetizing illusions.



Don’t be fooled. Let me be very clear: there is no one on this planet who understands AI enough to design a proper certification exam. Not even OpenAI.



I wrote this because I truly feel that unless we address this now, Japan will once again become isolated from the world and sink into another Galapagos-like future.

They never visited. Their system couldn&#8217;t see past Cloudflare’s protection. That’s why they assumed we didn’t meet the requirements. But this isn’t a flaw in our system – it’s a flaw in theirs.

While using bots for automated evaluation is not inherently bad, it becomes dangerous when the system itself is broken. This case is a textbook example of how automation, when misconfigured or misunderstood, ends up wasting valuable opportunities.



The same applies to AI. Using it is good—but using it wrongly leads to serious pitfalls. There is no such thing as a truly autonomous AI today. No AI can replace human thought. At best, AI amplifies human capacity. It can empower your work, extend your reach, and accelerate execution—but it cannot think for you.



Use AI as a tool. Never assume it can replace the operator.

This is half true and half a lie.



However, the part that is true is largely due to OpenAI&#8217;s poor design, especially around the UI, and Sora is not responsible for it.



I have released the aforementioned &#8220;Sora is useless because it ruins the video&#8221; to prove that this statement is 100% false.



This is an AI with hidden capabilities that you may not know about. I would like you to see for yourself if possible.



“There are tools better than Sora”



If you&#8217;ve read this far, you probably understand—but let me say it anyway:



Sora hasn’t even been properly evaluated yet. And dismissing it based on “hype” like “this tool is better than Sora” feels absurd.



Ask yourself:
